EHO 169 – Horticulture Spanish

 

Course Description

An introduction to the Spanish language and Latino culture as applied to green industry managers.  Topics include: introductory conversational Spanish with an emphasis on green industry vocabulary in the areas of Spanish verbs, nouns and grammar and understanding and appreciating aspects of Latino culture for more effective management.

Use various common verbs and nouns as well as work related commands and requests.  Focus will be on present tense and understanding when to use correct verb ending

 

 

 

Basic Conversational Spanish

Participate and initiate a conversation in Spanish using correct grammar as well as understand verbal communication in a natural setting

 

 

 

 

Communicate verbally using a minimum of 50 nouns and 10 verbs in different sentences
