II. A. Financial Overview

The Department shall be managed in accordance with sound financial management policies and practices and in accordance with all State and Federal financial rules and regulations.

The Commissioner is responsible for the overall financial management of the Department and its activities.

The Commissioner shall routinely report on the Department's overall financial status to the Board.
