III. L. 2. Amorous Relations
The Department prohibits amorous relationships between instructors and the students they teach. The Department also prohibits amorous relationships between employees and high school students or those who are under age.The Department strongly discourages amorous relationships between supervisors and their subordinates.
When employees or students enter into an amorous relationship, it is the responsibility of both to ensure that their relationship does not disrupt the orderly operation of the institution or its educational environment. The good faith reporting of inappropriate conduct by any employee or student shall not constitute a disruption of the institution or its educational environment.
