V. C. Student Handbooks
Each Technical College shall create and make available a student handbook to all students. The handbook shall incorporate, either directly or by reference, all appropriate information regarding student life at the Technical College. It shall also contain all information necessary to meet state and federal regulatory requirements for informing students of their rights pertaining to, among other things, privacy of their student records, campus security and safety, freedom from illegal discrimination, and tuition refunds.
The Student Handbook may be contained in the College Catalogue.
