I. E. 3. Technical College Accreditation

Each Technical College shall maintain accreditation by an accrediting agency approved by the United States Secretary of Education for accredition of associate degree and diploma granting institutions. The President of the Technical College shall keep the Commissioner advised as to the status of their Technical College's accreditation.
