The Facilities Management division of the DTAE oversees the maintenance, repair and renovation of existing buildings and infrastructures on technical college and institute campuses; equipment funding; and capital funding for libraries. The division also is responsible for the construction of new buildings on campuses, using funds appropriated by the Georgia General Assembly each fiscal year.
