Job Description, Responsibilities, Standards, and Qualifications=

Job Description:
Analyzes faculty credentials information and enters data using a prescribed format. Collects, assembles, verifies, and/or codes data for information sy= stem entry. Provides clerical/administrative support.=

Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:

= 1.      =             Analyzes credentials for all new and potential full-time and part-time/adjunct faculty to ensure credentials requirements = as set by the college are satisfied;

= 2.      =             Responsible for collecting, recording, and storing = all documentation ;

= 3.      =             Generates faculty rosters as needed for accreditati= on visits;

= 4.      =             Maintains the Curriculum, Advising, and Program Planning (CAPP) module of the Banner student records system;

= 5.      =             Maintains transaction or data logs, documents, work counts and other data records, and files completed work;

= 6.      =             Prints and distributes reports that are required by= the college, TCSG, accreditation agencies, etc.;

= 7.      =             Monitors equipment and corrects minor operating problems as necessary.

1= )      Ability to enter data within prescribed time frame and volume standards

2= )      Ability to learn and/or operate data entry equipment

3= )      Ability to work independently

4= )      Possess strong organizational skills

Entry Qualifi= cations: Associate’s Degree from a regionally or nationally accredited college and one year data entry experie= nce OR Three years of data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications: Experienc= e in a Registrar’s Office using Banner Information Records System. Experience eva= luating faculty credentials.
