Technical Services
The Technical Services division (TS) supports the effective and efficient use of technology for DTAE. Major areas of focus are: BANNER Student Information System upgrade and support, Network Security, TS Engineering Support and Central Office Network and Technical Support.

Information Services
Information Services manages the dissemination of data relating to technical college programs, enrollment, and graduates primary to customers, state and federal governments, and other educational institutions.

Data Center
The Data Center is responsible for collecting and reporting data in support of the agency. It works with our local colleges and other agencies to form data sharing collaborations and provides guidance on data related issues. The Data Center works to facilitate information sharing and decision-making throughout the agency.

Planning
The Planning division provides agency-level strategic, business, information technology, workforce development and business continuity planning for DTAE and provides direction and guidance to the technical colleges.

Resource Development
The Resource Development office offers technical college advancement officers and foundation trustees various training opportunities in nonprofit management during the year. The office oversees the operation of the Technical College Foundation Association (TCFA); the Georgia Fund for Technical and Adult Education, the state level 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation; and the DTAE Matching Grant Program.

Professional Development Center
TechForce Georgia, through the Professional Development Center, offers industry certification training in information technology to DTAE facilities and staff. All training is led by industry-certified instructors in our state-of-the-art labs. Our courses emphasize hands-on learning and exam preparation.
