Technical Services The Technical Services division (TS) supports the effective and efficient use of technology for DTAE. Various services are provided by the TS. The major areas of focus are: BANNER Upgrade and Support
BANNER is DTAE's student information system. This system requires periodic upgrades. The BANNER group evaluates, tests, and implements these upgrades and coordinates user training.

Network Security
The network security group evaluates, tests, and implements security solutions at the Central Office and Colleges. This group also sets security standards and policy for the Agency.
TS Engineering Support
The TS division provides support to the Colleges in the area of network planning, design, and advanced trouble resolution.
Central Office Network & Technical Support
The TS division provides technical support to all central office staff. This includes network, desktop, portable computing, central servers, printing, access control, security surveillance, and various software support.
