Job Announcement
Position:
Vice President for Student Development Services
Athens Technical College is seeking to employ a Vice President for Student Development Services. The Vice President is responsible to the President for the development, implementation, and coordination of services to include admissions, recruiting, registrar, guidance and counseling, financial aid, career planning and placement, student activities, and other enrollment management functions.
Athens Technical College is a two-year degree granting technical institute, a unit of the system of state technical colleges, and is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award the associate degree.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a master's degree in a related field. Three years of recent relevant experience. Excellent human relations skills.
Other Desired Characteristics:
An earned doctorate. Experience in student development services in higher education.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary based on preparation and experience. State of Georgia benefits package including health and life insurance, sick leave, annual leave, and other benefit options.
