    Speaker of the House Presides at Honda Lock-America Event
 
 Honda Lock-America (HL-A) is pleased to announce expansion plans for its Bremen plant. HL-A produces zinc diecast parts for lock and key sets. The expansion will include new production of interior door latches. After a very successful Quick Start initial project for 31 employees, HL-A plans to employ an additional 85 by the end of 2000. Quick Start and Carroll Technical Institute will provide training for the new employees.
