Sakai, which has its world headquarters in Japan, manufactures earthmoving equipment. ![]() Suzuki.......... American Suzuki Motor Manufacturing Corporation had a groundbreaking ceremony in Rome on March 22nd, celebrating the start of construction on the company’s new auto manufacturing facility. The company’s plans call for a $40 million investment in the plant, which will initially employ 150 people. Employment is expected to reach 300 by the third year of operation.
