Black Hole Help Doc
The Black Hole is created when a student's enrollment is reported to the Data Center for a term, but then no enrollment, graduation, or leaver information is reported on that student for the following two terms. The student will usually drop from the Black Hole listing once enrollment, graduation, or leaver data is submitted for them.

Enrollment Reporting Deadlines (FY 05-06)
These deadlines are related to the Enrollment Error Reports, Reporting Graduates, Black Hole, and Employment Status. These reports are located on the KMS website.

Georgia Department of Labor
Contact your local DOL to create an account on the GWS System. This system provides quarterly employment information.

KMS DTAE Data Center
Placement percentages, the Black Hole, Graduates, etc. A password is required. Contact your supervisor. A Level 2 Password is required to access student data.

The DATA Elements Manual is available on the KMS website. Section 17 provides helpful information for exiting students from Banner.
