GOAL 2005

At the Commissioner’s Luncheon, the Fred Harper Award was presented. Each year our GOAL winners vote among themselves to select the winner of the FRED HARPER AWARD of DISTINCTION. This award is named for a former Vice President of Student Services at Central Georgia Technical College who was instrumental in founding the GOAL program. The award is presented to the GOAL student deemed most outstanding by his/her fellow college GOAL winners, which makes it a most coveted award. Ms. Kimberly Wilson of Augusta Technical College was named to receive this prestigious award.
