Next, the Nancy Salter Award of GOAL Leadership was awarded to the GOAL State Planning Committee member whose fellow committee members select him or her as that member who has made the most significant contributions to the success of the GOAL program. Prior to her untimely death, Nancy Salter was the Admissions Director for Flint River Technical College and served on the GOAL State Planning Committee for many years. Nancy was a living example of dedication and service to others. This year, the committee selected Martha Arrington from South Georgia Technical College as the Nancy Salter Award winner.
