GOLD http://www.public.lib.ga.us/pls/gold Georgia Online Database (GOLD) is a group access capability through OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) used for interlibray lending and union listing. Includes link to library job bank of Georgia. Office of Public Library Services http://www.public.lib.ga.us An office within the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education offers links to the directory of public library systems, Georgia Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, and REX (Reference EXchange). Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) http://www.oclc.org A nonprofit, membership, library computer service and research organization provides user support and documentation and information about products and services. Southeastern Libraries Association (SELA) http://www.seflin.org/sela This site includes information on membership, newsletter, handbook, calendar, awards and job links. Southeastern Library Network (SOLINET) http://www.solinet.net Library cooperative providing resource sharing for the educational, cultural, and economic advancement of the southeastern United States and the Caribbean, providing links to OCLC services, library products and services, preservation, and workshop/training information. Reference GALILEO (Georgia Library Learning Online) http://www.galileo.peachnet.edu Offers access for citizens of Georgia through participating institutions to periodical databases (some full text), Georgia state publications, Georgia library catalogs, internet resources, and to links of the University System of Georgia. GCIC (Georgia Career Information Center) http://www.gcic.peachnet.edu This center at Georgia State University provides Georgians with a central and usable source of career information through its Georgia Career Information System (GCIS). This database is described and training information is available at this site.
