The purpose of the CDA II Certificate is to provide knowledge, skills, techniques and early childhood classroom experience (480 hours) necessary to met the specific needs of children and families. The competencies are aligned with the existing CDA Standards from the Council for Early Childhood Recognition. The CDA II Technical Certificate has been endorsed by the Georgia Childhood Care and Education Professional Development System.
