Provides instruction in advanced word processing. Topics include: advanced word processing concepts and applications, and proofreading.

ADVANCED WORD PROCESSING CONCEPTS AND APPLICATIONS		9	35	0
Desktop Publishing	Create fliers, newsletters, and/or brochures using clip art in multi-column and/or multi-section layouts.
Merging documents	Create and store a primary document with variables and automatically merge with secondary (variables) document.
	Print documents using both manual and automatic functions with merge variables.
Column layout	Create tabulated documents with column alignments.
	Arrange columnar headings in tabulated documents.
	Arrange text in columns.
Sort/list	Create a master file of related records.
Processing	Explain/demonstrate retrieving selected records from a file.
	Explain/demonstrate sorting records in a file into a specific order.
Math	Describe/demonstrate math capabilities available in some software.

Documents	Produce mailable (error-free) letters, envelopes, memos, tables, and reports.
