Course Description:

Provides instruction in Web page authoring and site management. Emphasizes the concepts necessary for individuals to create and manage professional quality Web sites. Topics include:  Web Site Creation, Web Page Development and Design, Hyperlink Creation, Test, and Repair, Integration, Web Site Navigation, and Web Site Management.

Creation

Create a Web site using a template or wizard and save the Web site.

 

 

 

 

Open and view an existing Web site.

 

 

 

 

Apply and change an existing theme to the entire Web site, as well as, create and apply a custom theme to an entire Web site.

 

 

 

 

Build a Web site for user input involving text boxes, check boxes, radio buttons, drop-down lists, and push buttons. Include activities for saving form to a file or

e-mail. Add search form and create a custom form.

 

 

 

 

Create a Web using existing resources including importing Web sites, modifying HTML tags, and using buttons and drop-down menus to insert code directly in HTML view.

 

 

 

 

Select and apply a theme to a Web site and a Web page. Change the attributes for a selected theme.
