Course Description

Practicum focuses on advanced general dentistry procedures and chairside assisting in dental specialties with special emphasis on nonsurgical specialties. Topics include: advanced general dentistry and specialties.

Four-handed dentistry	Using the concepts of four-handed dentistry, assist with general dentistry procedures.

Radiographs	Prepare, expose, process, and evaluate radiographs using prescribed techniques.
