Course Description:

This course requires the student to install a given OS, application software, and anti-virus software.  The student will also troubleshoot problems related to software and hardware. In addition, the student will locate technical data on the internet. Topics include: safety, software installation and upgrade, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting computer systems.
