EMS 201 - Summative Evaluation

Course Description

Provides supervised clinical experience in the hospital and prehospital advanced life support settings to include: EMS leadership, summative case evaluations, EKG interpretation and pharmacology. This course also includes a comprehensive paramedic program examination and a board examination review.

	The student will demonstrate the ability to successfully assess, manage, and treat a simulated Trauma, Medical, and Pediatric patient.
	The student will successfully complete an Oral Patient Care examination.

	The student will complete a comprehensive pharmacology examination.
