Develop acceptable skills to produce clear, complete, concise, accurate, and courteous messages.

 

 

 

 

Plan and write letters that will maintain goodwill by using the you-attitude, a positive tone, and the active voice.

 

 

 

 

Plan and compose good-news letters, negative-news letters, and persuasive letters.

 

 

 

 

Proofread and edit written documents for well-chosen words and phrases, well-constructed sentences, and well-developed paragraphs.
