NTT 116 – Wellness Essentials I

Course Description

This course introduces the student to the theory of personal responsibility for health and wellness of the Neuromuscular Therapist and provides information and strategies that may be adopted for personal self care. Topics include:  personal assessment; self massage techniques; proper body mechanics; personal stretching; and career specific conditioning.
