PTA 202 - Therapeutic Exercise I
Provides instruction related to the physiological effects of exercise. Emphasizes demonstration and practice of common therapeutic exercises for neck, shoulder, arm, hand, back, hip, knee, ankle, and foot; the traditional exercises which include active, active- assistive, and passive range of motion; activities of daily living training; and gait training skills and techniques. Topics include: common therapeutic exercises, traditional exercises, daily living training, and gait training.
