The Office of Technical Education (OTE) contributes to the economic growth and stability of the state by providing quality technical education and special workforce services. The primary role of this office is to ensure that all programs and services excel in meeting the individual's need for career success and the community's need for continued economic growth and development. The Office ensures that each institution provides equal access to all segments of the population. The Office is also responsible for joint planning and coordination of programs and services with other public agencies and organizations to provide Georgia citizens with a seamless education system. Technical education services are provided to improve the social and economic well being of Georgia’s citizens. |
