Purpose
The Vice Presidents of Instructional Services Council Leadership Award is presented to a member of the Vice Presidents of Instructional Services Council in recognition of their significant contributions to technical education through innovation and leadership with his/her technical college or institution and/or statewide. The recipient also exemplifies excellence and a commitment to the mission of the Department of Technical and Adult Education (DTAE).
